For the last 8 years I have worked within Savills' Building and Project Consultancy team, specialising in commercial project management. Prior to this I spent 4 years working client-side for Tesco in their logistics and retail property development department. I pride myself in the provision of full life cycle project solutions for commercial real estate developments, offering project feasibility analysis, project brief compilation, design & team procurement and ultimately project delivery administration through to handover.I work closely with the Agency and Development teams in providing full integrated transactional and project delivery services. This includes analysis in selecting the right building, agreeing the built elements of a lease or purchase agreement, appointing the client team and contractor, through to procuring and managing its development.
