I defined the scope for the initial product, managed the delivery facilitated the testing phase. The outcome was a product that Evergen could re-use to provide energy retailers with access to monitor and control fleets of devices from multiple inverter brands with a single integration. - I managed the delivery of increased data quality from Evergen’s integrations with inverter manufacturers. I identified the issues in data quality, defined the targets, and managed the focus on this initiative over a quarter. The outcome was a 10% increase in the availability of residential battery systems for optimisation. - I managed the delivery of a digital platform used to visualise the real time performance of solar farms and manage solar curtailment thresholds. I defined the scope, elicited requirements from stakeholders, collaborated with designers, facitated the delivery and rolled out the change to end users. The outcome was an asset management platform for solar farms that allowed comparison of inverter generation and reporting of hardware alerts and solar curtailment periods.

Key responsibilities:- I facilitated the delivery of multiple digital products as part of the change in architecture of the Lendi platform. I was responsible for the analysis and requirements gathering, testing, change management and collaboration with the product managers to ensure alignment between product vision and delivery. - I provided ongoing support of live features in production including engaging end users for feature requests and enhancements. This included the use of analytic tools such as Fullstory, Amplitude and Snowflake.Key achievements:- I led the delivery of a policy engine that enables Lendi brokers to assess lender eligibility in an automated fashion. I defined the scope, elicited requirements from stakeholders, collaborated with designers, worked with the development team through the refinement, build and testing processes and rolled out the change to brokers. The outcome was increased compliance with internal and lender specific policies, increased quality and straight through processing of home loan applications, resulting in a reduced time to assessment for customers.- I managed the delivery of a savings calculator that is used by brokers to more consistently communicate benefits of refinancing. I defined the scope and requirements, worked with the development team through the build and testing processes and rolled out the change to brokers. The outcome was a 10% increase in customer conversion from application to submission. - I led the delivery of a product maintenance system that allows a support team to keep products and rates up to date in line with lender rate movements. I defined the scope and roadmap, elicited the requirements from stakeholders, worked with the development team through the build and testing process and rolled out the change to the internal support team.The outcome was an increase in quality of manual rate changes by introducing additional system validation.
