I am a friendly Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry for 3 years. MY previous Job was at Eazxytesting INC. It is a COVID testing facility based in California sad to say that they stop their service due to there is already a vaccine and the business is not growing anymore. I answer inbound calls and also did outbound calls for follow up for the test results. I also have knowledge in Social Media Management, Facebook ADS, Data entry, Photoshop, Credit Card processing, MS Words programs ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint) also in Google Drive and Google sheets.
