Hi, my name is Jacky Le, currently, I am a Firmware QA Engineer at Corinex. I have an interest in embedded design, network communications, and cybersecurity, and I have developed skills in various programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and Javascript. At my current role in Corinex, I develop and execute automated and manual tests for our company's smart grid technology products. I am responsible for working with other QA's and firmware developers in order to create comprehensive test plans that align with our customer's requirements. As well, I am responsible for helping ensure our team correctly follow our customer's requirements and I help communicate directly with our customers to clarify requirements and plan for integrated testing scenarios. In my previous roles at Arlo Technologies as a Software Test Engineer and at Intel/Solidigm as a Coop Firmware Engineer I developed valuable skills and experiences with the tech industry. At Intel/Solidigm, I specialized in debugging performance issues and conducting tests. Additionally, I played a role in mentoring new interns, instructing them on the usage of debugging tools and answering their questions. These experiences have enriched my expertise in software testing, debugging, and mentoring within the technology industry.Meanwhile at Arlo, I handled product validation and quality assurance, participated in release preparation, and aided in employee training. I collaborated with developers to troubleshoot issues and create test scripts for their Android app and website.In addition to my academic and professional experiences, I have also volunteered extensively as a Scout Leader for the 69th Knights of Kensington Scout group. This has taught me time management skills, as I balanced my school work with planning regular educational and outdoor activities for youth aged 7-10. It also gave me an opportunity to practice my soft skills, such as communication, leadership, and teamwork.I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities in the tech industry.
