• Transformed the executive business strategy of a big 4 Australian bank, by modelling the profitability of consumer and business customer bases, to support decisions of customer segments to target or exit. Presented the analysis and strategy at a C-level, including to the CEO and CDO.• Built a classification model to identify 59k hidden business customer prospects for a retail bank. Provided 4.9x uplift over their existing customer acquisition campaign methodology.• Forecasted the impact of pack size changes to unit demand for a multinational confectionery company. Informed a pack and price strategy that saved 5.6% in product volume, with a negligible revenue loss to their $1B portfolio.

Generated over $1000 in revenue while still exceeding membership numbers last year.• Led marketing activities and coordinated my team’s presence on social media increasing average post views by 245% c.f. last year. Introduced MASS brochures, committee shirts, membership cards, show bags. All our workshops, seminars and info sessions, had record attendance. • Launched 2 new corporate events – double the amount last year. The inaugural Trivia Night and Corporate Dinner sold out with 55 and 60 attendees respectively. Overhauled MASS’ annual flagship Corporate Cocktails, improving the venue and overall professionalism – the event sold out with 80 attendees, a first for our Cocktails. • Successfully launched our first joint venture with the University of Melbourne Actuarial Student Society. Delivered our first joint social event, followed by our first Case Competition - 42 teams signed up, with a Monash inaugural victory.• Launched our first publication – “A Year in Review”. • Co-founded Monash Actuarial Mentoring.• Awarded honorary life membership for my substantial contribution to the society.

• Launched the inaugural program that had an overwhelming reception, with over 50 applications in total for mentor and mentee positions. • Co-ordinated the activities of a small team including the Events Director, Education Director, Marketing Director and Mentor Liaison. • Facilitated mentor training sessions and MAM social lunches.• Managed the School Visits Initiative – a program where MAM Mentors shared their experiences of studying actuarial science to year 12 students at their high school.
