Presented the analysis and strategy at a C-level, including to the CEO and CDO.• Built a classification model to identify 59k hidden business customer prospects for a retail bank. Provided 4.9x uplift over their existing customer acquisition campaign methodology.• Forecasted the impact of pack size changes to unit demand for a multinational confectionery company. Informed a pack and price strategy that saved 5.6% in product volume, with a negligible revenue loss to their $1B portfolio.
