Created an online retail store on Etsy with two main focuses. First, allow me to stay home to raise my two young children during their early years of development. Second, to have a creative outlet to provide a monthly income. My shop was marketed to health conscious individuals, and I provided solutions for DIY products that were a part of their lifestyle. From staging beautiful photos, to learning the nitty-gritty of SEO marketing, targeted advertising, product research, creating streamlined processes, and keeping the books in balance, I do it all.

Energy Toolbase is an industry-leading software platform that specializes in modeling and proposing the economics of solar and energy storage projects. The SaaS product is used by over 1,000 distributed energy organizations worldwide to accurately, objectively and transparently analyze their projects. As an employee from the start-up phase, I was responsible for the continued development and monthly maintenance of a database involving utility rate information around the country. As our team grew, my position evolved into managing the team and oversight of the utility database. This position involved a high level of critical thinking to decipher difficult information, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to successful complete work with little direction.

-Responsible for community relations, including leading the development of community events every quarter and managing relationships within the community. -Write weekly business recaps to give a high overview of the week to deliver to regional manager.-Responsible for processing payroll and oversight of store budget.-Lead the hiring processes, including interviews, development, and oversight of training.-Advocate for lululemon athletica’s values and guest experience.-Acts as a goal coach to team of store employees and plays a hands-on roll in their development.

Arlene’s Cuisine provides healthy, nutritious catered meals, to community schools, charter schools, and private schools throughout Ohio. Arlene’s provides a complete food service solution, which is built around the unique needs of each school. My responsibilities included oversight in the preparation, packaging, and delivery of thousands of school meals per day; as well as managing account relations.

I had many different responsibilities due to a few different job titles. I had complete oversight of the administrative duties involved in the restaurant, including payroll, balancing of invoices from deliveries, new hire paperwork, and inventory. I was also a lead trainer for servers and bartenders, and was their point of contact during dinner operations to trouble shoot and resolve issues.

This was a goal focused and result driven role, which required superior customer service, organization, and an understanding of the sales pipeline. I was very successful in this role and achieved every goal that I was assigned.

Seasonal position at a ski resort in Colorado. Responsible for managing the customer experience and relationships of large groups that traveled to our ski resort. As a two person team, I was very involved in all aspects -- including: accounting, customer service, marketing, and business relations.
