Furthermore, I am certified as an Instructor Evaluator where I conduct initial and recurring certifications for OTS instructors. Finally, as the Chief of Plans and Programs, I authored, reviewed, collaborated on, and provided feedback to OTS plans, instructions, and manuals.

As an additional duty to this job, I was the organization's Tactical Skills Training program manager. With this program, I trained more than 750 trainees on tactical skills such as weapon handling and safety, land navigation, communication, small unit tactics, urban operations, integrated base defense, and basic Tactical Combat Casualty Care.

I led more than 350 personnel in securing nearly $8 billion in Department of Defense assets through constant training, law enforcement, flight line security, and military working dog utilization. Additionally, I led the installation in operationalizing the region's first Counter-small Unmanned Aerial System, a project totaling $45 million.

During this time, I commanded more than 270 personnel in securing 165 facilities and $3.3B in assets across 8,500 square miles. Additionally, I executed the largest reorganization within the Security Forces career field in 40 years, encompassing 846 personnel, 2,205 weapons qualifications, and 750 duty certifications, increasing mission capabilities by 245%.

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio

The Antiterrorism Program Manager for all of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This job included overseeing more than 50 individual unit antiterrorism programs across the installation to ensure compliance with USAF and DoD policy. I managed the installation's Random Antiterrorism Measure Program, held regular Threat Working Groups to continuously assess new and ongoing threats as necessary, ensured and reported on the installation's infrastructure compliance with Army Corps of Engineers Antiterrorism standards, trained and educated the base populace on Antiterrorism requirements and Active Shooter response, and ran the Core Vulnerability Assessment Program where assets on base were prioritized to ensure appropriate levels of security were in place. I also authored, updated, and collaborated on localized Antiterrorism policy.
