Operations/ Administrative Support● Produce weekly and daily metrics to Regional Director, Metro Region Manager, and full team of recruiters.● Support Regional Director, Sales Executive, and four Branch Managers with daily and weekly administrative tasks including but not limited to: processing expenses for submittal, payroll issues, invoicing, and rebilling in ATS system, ● Setup and manage new client accounts and candidate details in ATS.● Develop and share organizational strategies with peers to create better efficiency in time management and cohesiveness within team projects.● Experience with multiple Vendor Managed Systems including: Beeline, Kronos, Fieldglass, IQN, & PeopleNet Timekeeping.● Diagnose and coordinate technical resolutions with providers.● Developed metro phone system with InContact and Cloud phone systems● Managing projects from inception to completion as directed by management.● Complete unemployment claims for all metro associates in Equifax CaseBuilder system.● Plan and organize quarterly team volunteer events throughout the Twin Cities as well as team building events. ● Order Federal Wage posters, office supplies, marketing items, etc. for metro offices.Customer Service● Answer inbound calls from clients and associates.● Assist prospective employees in the application process and new associates with new hire onboarding paperwork.● Assisting clients through account setup process: processing credit checks, assisting with invoicing issues and payments, providing pay and bill rates based on current market, guidance through online timekeeping systems, and providing explanation and coaching to clients through HR process.
