Daddy’s Deals is an online deal buying site. I offered sales and administration support to three account managers. I uploaded deal information onto a word document and sent it off via Quickly Sign to our merchants/clients. If there is any outstanding information or if clarity was needed, I would reach out to our merchants/clients and collect the information. Once the signed deal has come back, I load the information onto Trello for our copywriters to use when writing the deal. I also sourced product offerings from our suppliers for the Daddy’s Deals online shop. If needed, I would negotiate a better price offering. Those deals were managed and loaded onto an Excel spreadsheet. I had a deadline I need to meet to make sure all administration is done by the end of the week.

Obtain business via telephone and by doing presentations of our clothing range • Updating sales reports and potential sales for the week • General administration to do with sales • Conducted fittings for the various clients

I managed my demarkated area by on the road calls to clients – cold and service calls. I did quotes based on my clients various needs. I had to submit weekly call reports and attend weekly sales meeting. I had a monthly target that needed to be reached to earn commission.
