Responsible for providing high-level administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.Duties include: prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, purchasing, internal communications, copy editing, managing the schedules and communications of key company executives, creating and publishing the internal company newsletter on a biweekly basis, managing the general manager's daily calendar, screening all visitors and callers to determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service.

As the face of the company, I travelled around the world to represent BrickLink at various LEGO-related public and private events. I was interviewed several times, presented projects and roadmaps to community members and fostered relations with customers and fan media. Additionally, I wrote many of the press releases, email marketing campaigns and wrote/coded (in HTML) all of the help pages on the site.Additional responsibilities and tasks: -Head of the customer service department and manager of the staff admin team. -In charge of overseeing all site administration, marketing, event coordination and public relations. -Managed and created content for all social media platforms. -BrickLink XP (mobile site redesign project, 2018-2019): content manager-Global Shopping Cart project (2018): content and design consult-The AFOL Designer Program, BrickLink's first collaboration with the LEGO Group (2018-2019): communications and marketing lead. -AFOL Designer Program Workshop @ LEGO Headquarters (Billund, Denmark, 2018): overall media coordinator & assistant to the LEGO community team and the LEGO remake team.-BrickLink Seller Portal (2017-2019): project manager.-Help Center Overhaul (2019): content manager.

-Managed the site's help desk via SmarterTrack. -Responded to all support inquiries (technical issues, administrative requests, billing questions and customer disputes). -Assisted with site QA.  -Wrote, copy edited, and coded (in HTML) all of the site's help pages.  -Built the knowledge base via SmarterTrack. -Appointed Community Overseer and supervised all site activity, managed the volunteer administrators, completed all daily administrative tasks for the site (including the removal of items that violated selling policies), monitored the site for scammers and managed all user disputes. -New Seller Verification (2016): project manager. This was an initiative that eradicated scammers on the site and, as a side effect, reverted the overall price drop of LEGO part sales for the first time in years.-Seller Fee Page Update (2017): project manager and design consult.

-IT Specialist: installed, maintained, and serviced/updated all technical equipment on location (including lab equipment, x-ray machines, anesthesia machines, desktop computers, laptops and servers).  -Maintained the website for the company and all social media accounts.  -Implemented the online pharmacy and patient portal. -Trained and supervised all front-of-house customer service staff.  -Assisted with veterinary procedures/surgeries and fixed any technical issues with equipment during the process.
