About Jaclyn Hulsey, Ms, Lmft

I am an experienced LMFT (107861). I believe in the power of a healing relationship and create safe space for clients to work on getting to know themselves better, gain insight and work towards their therapeutic and personal goals. I draw from psychoanalysis and DBT in my practice as a therapist and also hold a degree in Gender and Sexuality. When working with couples, I use the Gottman Method and have completed the Level 2 training. I specialize in women’s issues, gender and sexuality, relationship issues, binge eating disorder, body image, chronic dieting, self-esteem and wellness, communication, anxiety, learning disabilities and military families. I was an Army wife for 6 years and understand first hand the challenges that military families face during active duty as well as during transitioning back to civilian life. I am also an advocate for social justice and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
