Provide consultation to employee, line management and HR regarding any compliance issues- Keep up-to-date with market trends and strategic issues as they affect HR strategies and Global Mobility, including reviewing regional benchmarking and networks for updates- Build and maintain effective relationships with service providers (tax, relocation, immigration) and internal functions (assignees, line managers, payroll, comp & ben, talent management and HR generalists) and leverage these relationships to execute day-to-day accountabilities and ensure SLAs & KPIs are met.- Development of regional initiatives and projects, such as developing a global mobility policy for ‘junior talent’, car allowance policies, global benefits programs, etc. - Provide metrics and data analysis to key stakeholders in respect to the expatriate population for corporate financial planning & budgeting strategies, policy development & review, and internal talent management
