My role and responsibilities are currently divided into development management, functional consultancy, and junior project management. As a Development Manager for cross-platform mobile applications and middleware software, I lead and oversee development teams to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions for both mobile platforms and backend systems which integrate with the D365 ecosystem. This involves managing the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with middleware, and delivering robust applications across iOS, Android, and other platforms.As a Functional Consultant in D365 Finance and Operations, I work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, provide expert guidance, and configure the system to optimize financial and operational processes. I ensure that D365 solutions align with business goals and efficiently support the organization’s financial and supply chain operations.Finally, as a Junior Project Manager for D365 ERP projects, I support senior project managers in overseeing project tasks, assisting with planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with teams to ensure project milestones are met and aligned with business objectives and building capacity in the project management space.
