I worked with Iowa Department of Public Health to conduct a statistical analyzes of where patients were picked up and which hospitals they were transported to while having an acute cardiac incident. Along with this I conducted research and started to assemble several assessments. These assessments covered, physical security, cyber security, and business continuity. I was in charge of creating a comprehensive but accessible question set along with creating a format of delivering the questions. Along with developing tools I assisted Safeguard Iowa Partnership with office support due to the low number of staff that work for the partnership.In summary:• Worked with GIS mapping in collaboration with Iowa Department of Public Health to map cardiac incidents and where patients were taken.• Started to develop a physical and cyber security assessment tool for small businesses to better prepare themselves for a disaster.• Completed review an active shooter table top training. This included presenting a section on the scenario to stakeholders of the partnership.• Planned and created documents for several committee meetings.• Started to review and develop a self-assessment business continuity tool.
