I have a passion for creating value for the customers, the environment, and the society by leveraging lean methodologies and problem-solving tools.In my current role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities, monitor and analyze key performance indicators, and deliver training and coaching to the employees. I also have experience as a Continuous Improvement Leader and an Associate Operations Leader at Constellium and Novelis, where I managed the daily operations of the casting department, led and supported various lean projects, and improved the safety, quality, and efficiency of the production.
