Hi thereI'm an aspiring IT Specialist looking to break out in the field and really get my hands working with technology. Right now I am enrolled in an IT Course with Merit America and am learning many skills. I've learned techniques in systems administrations, security in technology, networking in a LAN setting as well as over the internet, and so much more!Before any of this, I'd done some work in customer service and education. Most of my work was done with a service industry mindset. I always made sure that the consumer came first, helping them find what they needed in any situation. Some came from being in a store. Other experiences were built in the hospitality industry. Coming up, I'm hoping to develop better experience for people with computers. I want to make it easier to use tech for others and build experiences that make for a fun and exciting experience for guests in the tech industry.Experience from Prior Work Experiences:Uber-Leverage GPS and navigation app to determine and follow most efficient routes, thereby increasing revenues by 15%. -Operate GPS routing devices to develop daily travel itineraries and meet delivery deadlines by using most direct routes-Utilize scanning devices and tablets daily to input and manage customer information, while verifying information back to guests to ensure it is properly inputted.Main Event Games Technician-Analyzed causes of long-term problem, i.e., quality of materials, staff competence, and lack of standardized repair process, to create and present a plan and test case for problem resolution.-Communicated with general manager and teammates to better understand ongoing problem with bowling lanes and identify expectations and available resources/budget for work project.-Operated, maintained, and performed troubleshooting on heavy/light equipment used on daily basis to complete assignments.
