Additionally, the TPMRC-W staff is tasked to build collaborative relationships with our PACOM MTFs and PACOM component service medical leadership to ensure seamless 24/7/365 AE. This is done through DCO USTRANSCOM Regulating and Command & Control Evacuation System (TRAC2ES) training, site training visits to AOR MTFs, and active collaboration with PACOM AOR medical leaders for AE and military exercises. As the Director of Administrative Operations I direct operational aspects of the 24-hour PMRC and serve as liaison with Department of Defense (DOD) Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF), Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), and external agencies on patient movement (PM) issues.
