TPMRC-W also has an expeditionary role within the framework of Joint Patient Movement Expeditionary System (JPMES) in support of medical OPLANs, humanitarian operations, Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA), and other contingency operations for the PACOM AOR. Additionally, the TPMRC-W staff is tasked to build collaborative relationships with our PACOM MTFs and PACOM component service medical leadership to ensure seamless 24/7/365 AE. This is done through DCO USTRANSCOM Regulating and Command & Control Evacuation System (TRAC2ES) training, site training visits to AOR MTFs, and active collaboration with PACOM AOR medical leaders for AE and military exercises. As the Director of Administrative Operations I direct operational aspects of the 24-hour PMRC and serve as liaison with Department of Defense (DOD) Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF), Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), and external agencies on patient movement (PM) issues. I am responsible for coordinating all administrative requirements for Secretarial Designee status and politically/diplomatically approved patient moves. I facilitate coordination of URGENT, PRIORITY, ROUTINE and SPECIAL patient moves using multi-modal transportation assets.
