• Manage a team responsible for low voltage installations in multi-family properties. • Lead installations, CCTV, A/V, Access control, ERRC and physical security infrastructure projects. • Analyze schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation and servicing of communication equipment. • Collaborate with sales team members to position our solutions effectively with customers, providing value-added cross-sell opportunities. • Oversee project schedules, labor, and material cost budgets to meet completion schedules and cost targets. • Ensure all projects are completed within budget and adhere to quality standards. • Experience: Proven track record in managing low voltage projects and leading installations. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with low voltage systems, schematics, and blueprints. • Communication Skills: Ability to work closely with sales teams and effectively communicate security system requirement

-Install & assemble cameras to a desired location for manager/superintendent -Set up a DVR network for customers-Pull wire for power and video- Diagnose/Troubleshoot components

-17 point inspection on every vehicle-Log customers information into computer-Diagnose and repair vehicle issues
