-Prepare load plans and participate in the loading of trailers to ensure maximum cube. Load trailers to ensure safe, timely and accessible unloading of freight for the driver and customer-Monitor inventory levels and keep picking slots with correct amount of products available to order selectors-Responsible for routing add-ons to correct store and sequence in proper load and delivery order-Responsible for maintaining expected sanitation level in all of their assigned work areas, to include material handling equipment, trailers and building sanitation.-Possess basic computer skills and ability to understand in-house computer systems in order to locate products in transition and code date quantities. Understands code date and product rotation, “FIFO”, inventory counts, etc. -Ability to perform as supervisor in supervisors absence with the ability to effectively communicate to others, make sound decisions, treat others fairly and have effective listening skills.

-Implement maintenance programs aimed at maintaining a zero-defect environment for guests-Inspect, maintain, and repair all mechanical, electrical, and other equipment used by the guests or affecting the quality of their experience while visiting the property-Create a safe and attractive environment for guests and associates by ensuring the hotel is maintained following safety standards-Ensure hotel adheres to all regulatory and safety standards by meeting with Management and taking corrective action as needed

-Monitor and maintain inventory levels-Distribute materials to or from warehouse, or per designated project site-Conduct visual inspections-Make timely decisions, organizing and planning work duties- Install windows and patio doors

-Operate industrial power machinery and hand tools- Prepare, grind drains, patch, flake, sand, strip, and broadcast floor surface

-Work quickly, safely and efficiently to handle product within the warehouse to ensure the accurate processing of merchandise to stores network and guests-Maintain a work area that is organized, neat and clean in order to safely receive and process freight, manage and move inventory, and load and ship items to stores and to guests.-Move items and/or cartons to and from trailers, storage, and staging areas by hand to mechanized conveyor systems using safe lifting techniques.-Update the Warehouse Management System, other computer systems and/or manifests appropriately as work is performed to ensure accurate carton count and quality of product being moved to, from, and throughout the warehouse.
