My name is Jacob Coles and I am currently serving as the Operations Coordinator for the Western New York PGA Section (WNYPGA). I have been in Western New York for two years with the WNYPGA, starting as their PG AWORKS Fellow in May 2019.I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the Spring of 2019 with a Double Major in Marketing and Sport Management. While in school I was accepted into the Isenberg School of Managaement, the Commonwealth Honors College and I served on the E-Board of the McCormack Sport Leaders Forum my Senior year.Whether it was through community service projects or children camps run through the high school sports I participated in, or if it was participating in scouting events through my local scout troop, I have always felt it necessary to give back to the community. So not only am I setting out to achieve my own personal goal of working in Marketing/ Sponsorship for a Professional Sport Organization, I am also looking to find ways to give back to the communities that have supported me through out my educational and professional journeys.
