I travel around the city talking to homeowners about their roofs and properties, looking for damage from recent storms. I take the pain of dealing with insurance away from the homeowner and help make the process easier.

I manage a team of people and work with them to serve great food in a safe and timely manner to hungry customers while providing them with a great customer experience. I work the night shift so I close up the restaurant and set up the morning team for success. I handle managerial duties such as counting the cash drawer, deploying crew members, covering breaks, and ensuring that we are serving safe food. Other duties include ordering food and dry goods for the store, hiring and training new employees, and working with our other managers and field leaders to accomplish the current company goals.

My job was to greet customers in proper order with other sales associates. I greeted customers with a smile and asked questions to get to know them better and to see what their furniture needs were. I helped them find the products they were looking for and provided accurate information on how they could solve their furniture and home design problems. Usually, this meant selling them a sofa or helping them find information on a particular brand. Extra time was taken for people who needed to customize a sofa and sometimes that took multiple trips into the store and upwards of 8-10 hours working with the customer. I checked inventory on stock items, helped with payment and financing, and worked with the customer on delivery dates/times. I worked with my management team to create daily, weekly, and monthly goals in order to improve my sales numbers and meet company goals.

My job as an In-Home Tech Expert was to drive around Minnesota and into parts of Wisconsin in order to deliver Verizon and AT&T customers new or refurbished cell phones. These were replacement phones that were being sent out due to the customer issuing a claim through their carrier. My job was to deliver these phones and help the customers get them set up so that they could begin using them ASAP. Each day I picked up about 4 phones from a location in St. Paul and then gave the customers a call to let them know my ETA and asked them to have passwords ready for Wifi and Google/AppleID. Once at the customer's home, I helped them transfer the sim card into their new phone or get the new card activated. I helped them sign into their account and then assisted them in transferring their content to the new phone. Once the phone was handled I continued asking questions and tried to see if Verizon Protect Home or ATT Home Protect was a good fit for them. I provided information and informed them of the amazing benefits of the home protection plan. Once that was done I would thank them for letting me into their home and I would begin driving to the next job. Regular Zoom meetings and phone calls with my field leader were handled throughout the day as we worked together to get the job done quickly and improve my sales metrics for the home protection plan.

Handled the point of sale and prepared beverages for customers while engaging in polite conversation. Stocked the store and handled cleaning of the equipment.

I handled cash counting, employee development and deployment, food preparation and regular catering orders.
