Telecommunications Operations Chief for the U.S. Army NETCOM TAC-Europe Command consisting of a Signal brigade and 14 major directorates and special staff sections providing C4 support to EUCOM, AFRICOM, USAREUR, and SHAPE.As the Tasking's NCOIC was responsible for receipt and compliance with all ARCYBER, NETCOM, and USAREUR orders and messages; coordinates between two COCOMs, two ASCCs, and 10 geographically dispersed affiliates.  Received, coordinated, and prepared all internal and external Operation Orders(OPORDs)  Communicated professionally on a daily basis with HQs staff and subordinate units.

Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly command briefsExecuted command battle rhythm briefs utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint extensively. Utilized superb communication skills when briefing General Level Commanders.  Served as Network Operations NCOIC for all Theater level exercises. Working out of the Regional Cyber Center was responsible for tracking all tactical and strategic links. Utilized Remedy to process system outages.

Managed the employment, maintenance, and safe operation of Network and Satellite equipment valued more than $25 millionSuccessfully planned, coordinated, and executed over 60 communication support missions, deploying six teams at a time supporting upper echelon commands.  Tracked and reported network statuses daily for five small nodes and one large node

Ft Hood Texas

Served as Large Network Team Senior Information Technician performing signal support functions, to include providing technical assistance and training for user owned and operated automated telecommunication computer systems, local area networks and routers; signal communications and support electronic equipment and satellite radio and communications equipment.Coordinated and executed the setup of a local area network for 250 users. Served as Network Administrator initiating user accounts using Active Directory for all users as well as imaging all systems prior to adding them on the network.  Trained and developed eight technicians on Information Management Help desk operations, resulting in successfully processing over 300 service tickets per year
