Our expertise at Koalition lies in PR, communication, and project development, specialized in food, meals, and culinary culture. We approach our work with the ambition to contribute to sustainable development alongside our partners and other visionary organizations.The name 'Koalition' is derived from the Latin word 'coalescere,' which means to grow together, much like a temporary alliance between two or more parties coming together to achieve a common goal.In Koalition, my role was in project development and leadership, with a specific focus on events and festivals, as well as the accompanying communication efforts. I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences and fostering collaboration to drive positive change within the food and culinary realm.

In Damgaard Works, I had the privilege of working on the development, planning, and production of various cultural events, festivals, meetings, and events for a diverse array of organizations and cultural institutions.I collaborated with a wide range of partners and clients within the food system, including Haver til Maver, Mit Kokkeri, Coop, Madkulturen, Fødevareministeriet, FDB, Brejning Efterskole, Salling Group, Det Danske Spejderkorps, Food Organisation of Denmark, Arla, Københavns Kommune, Forbrugerrådet TÆNK, Samvirke, Kost & Ernæringsforbundet, Københavns Universitet, Torvehallerne, Street Food om Søerne, and many others.Damgaard Works closed down when I entered a meaningful collaboration with Marie Sainabou Jeng in Koalition and Madland.

During my collaboration with Copenhagen Zoo, I was entrusted with the responsibility of conceiving and executing a series of events and guest experiences, all aimed at ensuring a year-round attraction for visitors to the zoo. My focus was on creating engaging and memorable experiences that extended beyond the traditional peak seasons. It was a rewarding experience to work on initiatives that not only enriched the zoo's offerings but also made it an exciting destination throughout the year.In addition to all of these accomplishments, I also had the immense honor of collaborating with the rest of the Zoo's team on the festivities surrounding the arrival of the two pandas at the zoo. It was an extraordinary opportunity to be part of such a significant and exciting moment in the zoo's history.

I had the incredible opportunity to be a part of the development and production of a vibrant festival space at Israel's Square in the heart of Copenhagen. With over 45,000 enthusiastic guests in attendance, this was a remarkable project launched as a new initiative during the Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival in 2017.

Development of Mit Kokkeri Madklub, a unique initiative that introduced cooking clubs for children and youth in voluntary associations and clubs. Additionally, we trained food club ambassadors, promoting teamwork, creativity, and a love for food.
