As someone who prides them self on adapting to whatever role, challenging myself has always been essential opportunity for growth as an employee as well as a person. Being a people person, always looking for a opportunity to help customers or co-workers, always looking to leave the customer/co-worker with a better attitude and outlook after dealing with them even if that means going out of my way. Communication is something that is in the fore front of my mind as it is one of the most important quality in working around others, and more importantly with others.After having spent three years with customer service experience and three and half years in the automotive industry, dealing with a variety of jobs, from cold calling, to pitching, paperwork, or Inventory checks. All jobs have put me on the back foot at times with customers or clients. Being on the back foot is a moment I always look to step up to the plate and show just how I can put the emotion aside to effectively respond to customer or clients need.
