I have a passion for problem-solving, analytical thinking, financial accuracy, and client relationships. Math and business classes have been my favorite throughout high school and college. These strengths have led me to find the accounting field which I am studying at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I plan to get my masters and prepare to get my CPA. My experiences working with Hudl as a tax accounting intern have helped me expand my accounting knowledge to real world applications as well as boost in my communication and problem-solving skills. I am grateful to have learned so much from my managers about excel and other accounting software, communicating with customers, dealing with state revenue departments, and thinking of new solutions to problems. Working with other accountants has helped me to lock in that this is the field I want to be in. Currently, I am looking forward to continuing my education and maximizing my learning. I plan to work multiple internships before graduation to expand on my knowledge and gain new experiences. I am excited to bring my abilities to a great team when I go full-time after graduation.
