I have an Associate of Arts degree from Rochester Community and Technical College and over four years of experience in managing construction projects. As an Assistant Project Manager at Harris, I manage small to mid-sized HVAC, plumbing, and TAB projects, ranging from 10K to 500K, and assist senior PMs with larger projects up to 20M. I have core competencies in project estimation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and productivity monitoring.In my current role, I also handle change orders, submittals, RFIs, material and equipment orders, and site safety audits. I work with field leaders, shop personnel, and shipping groups to ensure timely and quality delivery of the projects.
