Lead a team of six to develop a multipurpose portal for the Lafayette Empowerment Center. Assembled the team; met with the Executive Director and determined their requirements; wrote the initial skeleton for the code; taught the team Django. Currently: assign weekly tasks to the team according to strengths and interest; oversee progress; merge in code from the rest of the team; lead our weekly meetings; primary backend developer for the project.

Remotely tutoring 11-year-old in computer science 5-6 hours a week.

Cashier and pizza/sandwich maker for an on-campus late night cafe. Perform other tasks as needed, such as closing shop and training new employees.

Worked on website for the nonprofit Impact on Education to assist with the submission and review of academic funding applications. I came in knowing nothing, but learned Django over the course of the project, and eventually wrote almost all of the backend.
