Managed development and manning of 65 CBRN Soldiers across the Group. Observed and assessed deployment validating training events. Tracked all deployed service members in SOF Ready and Defense Travel System ensuring all trips were approved and maintained across classified and non-classified computer systems. Maintained monthly deployment readiness reports for all 2500+ personnel and their equipment across the Group.

Led, developed, and mentored a 30 person Special Operations Chemical Reconnaissance Detachment. Responsible for health, mental and physical welfare, training development, and training execution. Regularly observed and assessed training events to include deployment validation level training.

Created targeted marketing campaigns to recruit service members to attend Special Operations Assessment and Selection for SF, CA, PO, EOD, and 160th SOAR. Briefed installation level events on the benefits of a career transition from the regular Army. Received top Recruiting Command awards for excellence in recruiting. Responsible for sending almost 1000 applicants to Special Forces Assessment and Selection over a 4 year period. Major duties included leading informational briefings, assessing packet documents for errors, inputing paper packets into a digital tracking system, and ensuring applicants were physically present for their class start date.
