Providing a family with a quality house is a wonderful way to give back to people in your community. It brings me a sense of pride when I see a family living in a house, that I worked on. That feeling drives me to learn more about construction and business to provide more people with a quality home. I started working for the family business during summers when I was 17. I started by doing whatever the superintendents told me to. From sweeping out a house so it looked nice when the customer came in for a walk-through, to moving piles of re-bar, and weed whacking entire lots. Doing the labor taught me lessons, such as the value of doing hard work, and discipline to name a few. Experience, discipline, and curiosity to learn are in my opinion a combination that will take anyone far in the field they pursue. As such, I try to ask as many questions as possible and take time to teach myself things that spark questions. When I got into Clemson University I was ecstatic because I realized the opportunity I had made for myself. I got a chance to keep learning about real estate and construction two things I've been around most of my life. Since starting school at Clemson University in 2021, I have had three summer internships in two summers and have my fourth lined up for the summer of 2024. I earned my Florida Real Estate License and spent a year as house manager of my Fraternity's roughly 17,000 sqft house. On top of this, I have stayed curious, asking questions and doing what I can to gain experience and practice discipline.

Administrative AssistantDreamstar Custom Homes Jul 2023 - Aug 2023June Beach, FloridaSpent some time under each individual with Dreamstar. The team isn't very big but they get a lot done. That meant there was a lot I could get exposure to in a short amount of time. I quickly became comfortable with each member of the team and spent time helping them and asking as many questions as I could. This company is set up much differently from the one I had spent time at in the past. A chance to see another way of doing the same things, and seeing a bundle of new challenges, goals, and interactions was gold for me.
