This business supplies innovative and nonreactive product-contact components to global pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers.• Engage & partner with the business to develop a deep knowledge of their products, market, customers, supply chain, sales model, and R&D. This understanding and collaboration drives value-added analytics, insight, and financial recommendations.Specific value-added impact includes:• Financial modeling of new products in the development cycle, applying cash flow/ROI analytics (NPV, ROI, Monte Carlo sensitivity) that support our stage-gate process.• Effectively translate business performance, trends, and variances to leadership. • Drive decision making around M&A, capital budgeting, portfolio management, pricing, and contract terms• Quantification of short and long-term strategy via business plans.• Leading annual financial forecast and outlook processes.
