For the past 20 years I have been in the Culinary world. I have been in a management role for the past 15 years. As a Chef have developed menus, kept controls of inventory, controlled costs of goods and products, ordered all goods for service , scheduled and coached staff, designed systematic operations, created tracking software to manage operation performances, and put my heart and soul into what I was doing.This is where I am, but I am ready for a change. I want to take the skills that I have developed and apply to a new field. I have excellent problem solving skills, time management skills, operational development skills, efficiency finding skills, and people skills. I am currently looking for a position that could show these skills off and better the world of my new employers. I am incredibly hard worker and I always care about what I dedicate myself to.
