-Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and referring quality applicants for various positions.-Perform pre-employment onboarding process including background checks, pre-hire paperwork, and confirming first day details for candidates.-Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS).-Effectively phone screen candidates to accurately assess their skills and qualifications.-Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring managers and act as liaison between candidates and clients.-Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective job descriptions.

- Serves as the communicator between the used car sales department and technicians, ensuring the used car sales departments needs are understood by the technicians and as well as the needed and recommended services/ repairs.- Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performed.- Writing up repair orders which includes but is not limited to used cars and new cars using automotive CRM (customer relationship management) software system.- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.- Obtain approval from used car sales department to proceed with additional service requests.- Finalize (booking) repair orders as they are finished.

-Greet and assist customers upon arrival and throughout the service process until customers leave. -Utilize computer software system to track customer keys and repair orders on a daily basis. -Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles. -Delivers vehicles & assists shuttle drivers as required. -Run miscellaneous errands for service and sales departments.

-Organized parts storage and stocked inventory according to established guidelines.-Maintained clean and neat parts counter and surroundings.-Pick-up and delivery of merchandise to and from customer business locations.
