Including operational planning, tactical execution, and coordination with internal stakeholders.- Substantial experience with optimizing standard operations procedures, as well as analyzing and executing complex task, in a work environment that is constantly changing.

The Army's Officer education is tasked with training the Army's future leaders, where personnel at the command and management levels in the Armed Forces belong to the officer group.Responsibilities:- Daily management responsibility for three team leaders and 31 officer cadets.- Responsible for educational planning, from idea through planning to executions, aswell as teaching in leadership and management.- Responsible for professional sparring and counseling of the departments team leaders, which ensured an optimization of learning outcome through better utilization of existing measures and an ongoing joint alignment of the desired end result.- Responsible for the renewal of the education's curriculum in the subjects management and leadership, which largely focused on giving the officers practical management theoretical tools that could support their daily work as team leaders.- Responsible for coordination and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, with a purpose to strengthening cooperation and ensuring a continuous optimization and improvement of planning processes.
