At Svea Solar, swedish market-leader of solar-panels, I worked alongside the CEO and Chairman where my responsibility was to research the Spanish business-environment for Solar Panels and minimize frictions in the establishment of a spanish subsidairy.Achievements:- Setting up a Spanish subsidiary, with the prerequisite of administrative and legal research.- Came up with a strategy of market entry where SVEA should focus on Swedish customers in the Marbella-region, as the "ROT-Subvention" can be used for this segment, thus providing SVEA with a competitive edge. - Conducted a National & Regional market analysis.- Documented the installation-process of solar panels in each and every region. - Documented business-related regulations.- Translated the Swedish website to Spanish.

Alongside strategy representatives from Ericsson's EMEA department, my project group was tasked with clarifying best practice for global sourcing strategy. The purpose was to aid the development of Ericsson's sourcing strategy.Secondarily, Blockchain technology and suggested use-cases for Ericsson's sourcing department was reported as a means to improve governance of their supply chain within the EMEA.

Responsibility: Lead a team of five and investigate the current conversion-process of mortgage-customers becoming full-range bank customers and deliver an implementation plan for suggested conversion-process.Being the team leader, I alongside four other people analyzed the current conversion-process from being a mortgage customer into becoming a full-range bank customer (i.e. using Länsförsäkringar as the main bank) and provided a lean-based solution that would optimize the current conversion process. In addition, we developed an implementation plan for the change agents.Achievements:• Identified three “Dead-Ends” where the customers did not continue or were lost in the conversion process.• Identified a Lean-based conversion-process with a 97% conversion-rate at another bank.• Created new conversion-process with a step-wise documentation of how employees should work in each meeting with a customer in order to avoid “Dead-Ends”, based on the identified Lean-based process.• Analyzed employee attitude towards suggested changes (before announcing the change initiative).• Developed an implementation plan for the change agents.
