Following my graduation from Trinity College in Perth, Western Australia. My employment history has incurred various changes through influencing factors that of which include career aspirations and other contextual factors. the professional environments in which i have had the opportunity to experience include:Time spent in the Trade industry as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic apprentice, this was critical to the development of my skills working in a team and larger organization with small processes contributing to a larger goal shared by the various departments in which i spent time in. Working with mechanical technology helped me to develop a unique way of approaching problems in both a linear and dynamic way. Spending time in the hospitality industry as a bartender and cafe worker taught me the ability to interact with customers in a professional way whilst surrounded by a high stress and time critical working environment that of which I had previously not been exposed to, all whilst working a shift schedule which I had not previously experienced.Working in the retail industry has also helped construct and reinforce my ability to interact with customers in various stress and time critical environments, developing my ability to handle financial responsibilities that of which include; point of sale and end of day balance reporting.Having the opportunity to enter the Information Technology industry has continued my professional development into my aspiring career. working as a level 1 service desk engineer has further diversified my current tertiary knowledge base as well as exposing me to the necessity of professionalism and time management whilst working in a remote environment.
