I am an experienced client advocate skilled in modernizing institutional business practices by adopting various emerging, cloud, and on-premise technologies. I have worked with many of the largest, most complex enterprises in North America, as well as some of the fastest-growing, most impactful small businesses and start-ups. The main focus of my role is to create value for my customers through an emphasis on customer success and efficient deployment of technology. I specialize in large scale, complex business transformation projects.I am skilled in leadership, sales, revenue & profit growth, professional services, people management, marketing, brand management, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (Paas), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). I am a past member of Oracle's Presidents Club.I have gained these skills through working for various technology companies like Infor, Unit4, Oracle, and Netsuite, and the smaller marketing firms I have worked for, like Fishbowl and Lindy Promotions. I try to bring an air of professionalism to my work, which was instilled in me when I served as a Congressional Aide. I have a passion for philanthropic work. This started for me when I was young, and one of my proudest accomplishments was leading a fundraising drive to raise $60,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society in 2012.My goal is to one day move into a position of leadership where I can positively impact the lives of the team I hope to manage.
