Responsible for providing customizable finance options for over 100 Sales Representatives for all Stryker divisions throughout the Midwest (MI, OH, IN, KY, WV)-Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives and regional managers-Provide consultation of recommended acquisition models based upon financial benefit-Create presentation materials to outline financial benefits comparing competing models

In my role as Business Manager, my key responsibilities were the following: utilization of the specialized strengths of all indirect lending partners, credit submissions, and the preparation of all financial documentation. Lastly, I had the opportunity to offer valuable insurance products while completing the documentation with the customer. I also coordinated the delivery times of our salesman and assisted clients on the sales floor. Pfeiffer Infiniti strives to provide customer service at a level that is unmatched in the automobile industry.

When our general sales team is occupied, I step up to fulfill the role as our 4th salesman. I strive to make sure each client receives my most detailed attention to their wants and needs. I believe it is most important to not only offer advice that will be beneficial today, but for years to come. I also believe that finding the right vehicle at the desired price range is the most critical part of any sale. I desire to provide a service to my clients that is not to sell one car, but to sell each client multiple cars over many years, as we develop a mutually beneficial relationship.
