In this role I was responsible for the following:- Ensures Operations staff responds to member questions using extensive knowledge of Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.- Responsible for supervising, leading, and training a team through standard operating procedures to ensure the facility always meets uncompromising quality.- Supervises staff in keeping locker rooms, fitness floors, and other high trafficked areas clean and presentable at all times.- Ensures staff is using common courteous towards members. Works alongside staff to complete tasks through leading by example to improve member experience and overall club cleanliness.- Connects and builds new relationships with members to ensure they are enjoying an experience of uncompromising quality along with addressing any member questions or concerns.- Proactively interacts with members and analyzes feedback to continuously focus on improvement.- Assists with responding to member feedback with urgency and provides solutions.- Helps create and coordinate the Operations staff schedule.- Assists with hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and termination of team members.- Assists on making sure the department is always meeting monthly budget plans such as ensuring labor costs fall within budgetary guidelines.
