My name is Jacob Lopez, and I am currently employed full-time at Commercial Doors and Providence Construction. I’m pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics at California State University of Fullerton.As an executive assistant project manager, I am responsible for overseeing projects from the moment we receive them until they are billed and completed. Overseeing these projects includes estimating jobs per plan, communicating with suppliers, ordering material, noting in detail every aspect of production on each job site, scheduling employees, and invoicing jobs when complete. Since coming to both companies, I was tasked with organizing the core of operations by implementing new software such as Monday.com and OneDrive.Both companies specialize in commercial projects and work on new construction and tenant Improvement . While Providence Construction holds its professional emphasis on demolition, steel framing, drywall, and taping, Commercial Doors focuses primarily on commercial doors, frames, hardware, and glass.
