Recruited to the Connecticut RISE Network through the Strategic Data Project (SDP) Fellowship, based out of the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. Recruited to systematize Pension Tracker's data collection efforts. As project manager, I quickly established a cross-functional team of graduate and undergraduate students from Stanford University. I delineated clear roles, responsibilities, and functions for teams and team members to accelerate productivity and meet deadlines. A group of colleagues and I evaluated the effectiveness of fair-chance hiring policies for the San Francisco Department of Human Resources.
