• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling for all servers, bartenders, bussers, hosts, box office, front of house representatives and security for Mayne Stage and Act One Pub. • Responsible for counseling and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and enforcing company policies and procedures for all employees as needed in coordination with the General Manager.• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.• Coordinate with the Marketing Department any promotions or specials that need to be communicated to the public through social media, advertisements, or food and beverage menu printing.• Work with all clients on all technical needs including lighting, sound, projections, staging, flow of event/concert, hiring of needed crew and run support, etc.• Responsible for creating an orderly, safe, and friendly environment for all events in order to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.• Work in conjunction with the Event Manager for all special events and rentals. Responsible for vendor communication, prep, set up, scheduling, event execution and over seeing cleanup. • Coordinate the maintenance and general upkeep of the entire facility.• Achieve company objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans; identifying trends; determining improvements; and implementing change.

• As the Production Manager I was the main liaison between the CCPA and the rental companies of our four performance spaces. My duties included: assisting in scheduling the companies’ production timeline, helping to develop marketing plans, recommending artistic and technical staff, organizing and planning opening night galas, and coming up with ticket promotions.• As Technical Director is was my job to over see all renters load in and out procedures as well as help them to understand and use our technical equipment. I was in charge of four theatrical spaces and the upkeep and maintenance of all technical equipment. I also designed and managed our website.• While working with the CCPA I helped with the planning of events for both profit and non-profit companies.

• In charge of scheduling and coordinating 65 students, 21 faculty members, 4 interns, 3 directors, and 2 Maestros to put up three full touring opera productions, twelve scene events, and ten concerts during the span of six weeks.• Responsibility to create the master program schedule, daily schedules, oversee construction of sets and costumes, coordinate tour/travel arrangements for performers, orchestra, set and crew, and help with the future planning for the following year.• Responsible to execute the budget of each opera including prop, set, costume, set dressing, and tour costs.
