Day-to-day activities primarily consist of assembling small, detail-oriented equipment in large volumes - with an emphasis on both function and aesthetic presentation. In addition to this, I act as a quasi-department head; my further responsibilities include paperwork management and subsequent data entry, inventory adjustments, interdepartmental communication, employee training, personnel issue resolution, and prioritization of production tasks. All of these tasks must be balanced with general production of Applicators for the company, which is handled primarily by only me.
