• Developed asynchronous, online Information Technology Security training that is 508 compliant • Assisted COMSO’s Finance department with modernization of their billing records, making all records accessible and searchable online • Performed an extensive search of the world’s largest professional open access network (LinkedIn) to identify perspective candidates with specific systems engineering skillsets • Researched competing companies using the System for Award Management (SAM) database and reported results to COMSO Leadership • Worked with COMSO’s talent acquisition team to search, compile, and reorganize resumes of candidates with the appropriate clearance requirements • Assisted with an environmental improvement effort at COMSO’s Headquarters in order to increase employee motivation and productivity• Supported COMSO’s Facility Security Officer in a company-wide update of security files • Assisted with an employee engagement campaign to reward teammates in the field with company-branded swag• Developed and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for COMSO’s annual registration of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) • Drafted a 508 Compliant, Text-Only version of company-wide IT Security Awareness training • Created end-of-course assessments for company-wide training on Time Keeping and IT Security Awareness
