Worked as a shop manager over the men's shoes and adult clothing departments. Recieved multiple recognitions including top 15 salesperson within the company for multiple months and the top salesperson of the year for 2022 within the store. This was all acomplished while still maintaining excellent team development standards, performing trainings, and staying ahead of the curve on shop orders, appearance, etcetera. Worked alongside store and corporate sales leaders to plan multiple trainings for the new store in Wichita Kansas to help develope the entire sales team into professional experts. Was hand selected to go to corporate trainings to help bring back knowledge to futher develope the local store.

Took a position as a sales representitive to have a job upon moving to Billings. Was promoted to Store manager a few months later. Absorbed knowledge of ordering products, continued developing methods to instruct other employees and promote their personal and professional goals.

Taught core subjects other than english to 5-8th grade students. Helped to develope a strong sense of intentionality for ongoing instruction of others and continued to develope my presentation skills.

Worked a multitude of jobs over the course of 8 summers at the local sports and recreation camp. These jobs culminated in being the high adventure director and program director the last three summers there. Responsibilities included training staff, all scheduling, and overseeing day to day activities at the camp.
