(Covers the following network systems and server software qualifications):* MCSA- Windows server 2012 R2* CCNA- Cisco Networking.* A+ Certification- General computing and PC troubleshooting.I was a senior member of the Lexel Systems Service Desk and provided level 1 and 2 support, often dealing with escalations from junior and senior colleagues alike. We supported a wide range of both retail and corporate clients, as well as many companies that are supported on a time and materials basis. This vast and varied customer base has required that I be easily adaptable to any and all requests with little to no information or background on any given tasks. I am confident in dealing with time sensitive and critical issues, either resolving the issue myself or escalating to the necessary party for resolution.I am proficient in basic windows server support as the service desk is the first line of help for many of our corporate clients. Involving add’s, removes and changes to AD profiles often synced with Microsoft Office 365. I am also experienced in troubleshooting physical and virtual servers. I have been responsible for training and supporting a large portion of our newer staff including, but not limited to, teaching generalized troubleshooting processes, explaining niche customer issues, best practice resolution, process management and the development of interpersonal relationship skills.
