I have 8 years experience being a Supervisor/Manager at Jon Smith Subs from 2014-20223. My duties entailed managing a team of employees, documenting customer orders, maintaining and organizing food stations, food preparation, and janitorial duties. My technology experience comes from troubleshooting and resolving the work computer, printer and cash register for technical difficulties and errors. I have attained my Associates(AA), Bachelors of Science(BS), Masters of Information Technology and Management, and Certifications in Big Data Analytics and SimNet Level 2 Yellow Belt. I have also completed data analytics, AI, and machine learning projects. I have used Python, MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, and MS Power BI tools for projects and continue to learn new tools as I progress.
