Includes logistics planning to acquire parts, coordinate work with shops, provisioning equipment for race weekends, rebuilding engines and chassis set up for customers per their specifications, developing efficient pit layout for race weekends and organizing pit spaces based on drivers division. These efforts require precise planning and coordination to ensure karts are ready for the race weekend and issues are resolved in a timely manner at the track.
