Mr. Post is a Managing Consultant with over 13 years of expertise in environmental engineering and air permitting. Specializing in air permits, compliance, and reporting, he has crafted diverse industrial air permit applications and aided institutions like military facilities, hospitals, and universities. Air Permits:In his time at GBMc & Associates, Mr. Post has developed initial and modification air permit applications for several types of industrial facilities including pulp and paper mills, chemical processing plants, lumber mills, printing and corrugating, paint manufacturing, feed manufacturing, and quarries. He has also assisted institutional clients such as military facilities, universities, and hospitals with air permitting and compliance. He has experience with the development of PSD, Title V, Minor Source, General Permit, Permit By Rule, and Registration permit applications.Environmental Compliance:In addition to permitting assistance, Mr. Post has assisted facilities in assuring compliance through electronic spreadsheet development and permit parsing; assisted facilities with routine reporting requirements including Tier II, Form R, emission inventories, greenhouse gas mandatory reporting, semi-annual monitoring and deviation reports, and permit compliance certifications. He has conducted air dispersion modeling for National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) compliance evaluation, hazardous air pollutants, and air toxics; and developed and updated risk management plans. He also leads monthly compliance determinations and record updates for industrial facilities.Mr. Post also has experience in evaluating and interpreting federal and state regulations. Mr. Post has assisted clients in determining regulatory applicability and actionable requirements with several federal regulations including 40 CFR 63 Subpart ZZZZ and 40 CFR 60 Subparts IIII and JJJJ (all loosely referred to as RICE MACT) for a variety of engines. He also has experience with state regulations including those for Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, Idaho, Michigan, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Indiana, Arizona, and Oklahoma.Mr. Post is trained in EPA Method 9 as a visible emissions reader.

As a research assistant, Mr. Post managed a group of undergraduate engineering students to conduct research projects. He was in charge of designing experiments, setting research objectives, construction of the experiments, as well as the development of protocols, data collection, and subsequently the training of undergraduates to assist with and carry on the work.
