As an intern I was given the lead role on and completed an improvement project to develop and build a comprehensive database for all regional audit and risk assessment findings. Throughout the process I managed stakeholders from multiple regional organizations to create a unified audit and risk assessment reporting format. I also supported the Business Excellence Improvement Management team on improvement initiatives within Ericsson’s North American region; including projects in purchase order efficiency, warehouse management and teaching change management classes. Throughout my time as an intern I have worked with Microsoft office, Microsoft sharepoint and Microsoft Visio, as well as working with basic html coding.

As a student adviser I was tasked with supporting students undergoing charges within the William & Mary Conduct and Honor system. My responsibilities included preparing statements and reviewing evidence on behalf of students facing conduct and honor charges as well as initiating investigative questioning in conduct and honor council hearings.

As chapter president I managed and administered a chapter budget of over $30,000 and organized the daily and long term operations of an organization of more than 70 members. I acted as the public face for the organization and as a liaison with the college administration and also represented the chapter at national leadership events. During my time as president I also helped organize and execute the most successful fraternity philanthropy event of the year raising over $4’000 towards suicide prevention.
