Responsible for sustaining support of inflight connectivity and entertainment system on a $500 million program with 600+ commercial aircraft in service. Included ownership over product reliability, spares availability, component repair and logistics budget, and KPI reporting to executive leadership. Managed $15 million of service inventory spread across global distribution centers and airline locations, and provided finance & accounting teams with direct support in the development of spares capitalization standards.Led project to outsource component repairs to contract manufacturers with key deliverables including end to end process definition, test equipment purchasing and deployment, FAA repair station certification at contract manufacturer site, and implementation of firm fixed pricing for repairs. Project resulted in annual savings of $1.5 million and allowed for original repair site to be repurposed for R&D programs. Executed a logistics and repair management agreement with AAR, the largest aviation maintenance and repair organization in North America, to scale business processes and reporting capabilities. Led EDI integration project with AAR that automated hundreds of monthly shipping transactions, standardized hardware returns across all aviation customers, and reduced logistics FTE support required by ~ 25%.Led integration of work order management system and Jira to create automated dashboards for hardware removals, failure investigations, and network optimization opportunities.

Responsible for return order authorizations, reverse logistics and component repairs of telecommunications equipment located in North America, Europe, and Australia. Reduced component repair turnaround time by 23% by optimizing reverse logistics process for defective parts. Opened a third-party logistics center in western Australia to meet 99% material availability requirement for critical satellite communications infrastructure.
